THIS PRIVACY POLICY (the "Policy"), effective as of the date of first access or use by the Data Subject (as defined below), is entered into by and between CHIEFCONTENT.AI, INC., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and designated agents (collectively, "chiefcontent.ai"), and the individual or entity accessing or using any Service (as defined below) ("Data Subject," "User," or "You"). 5.1 chiefcontent.ai relies on one or more of the following legal bases for processing Personal Data:

7.2 chiefcontent.ai requires all recipients of Personal Data to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such data.
7.3 chiefcontent.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices of Third-Parties.
8.1 The Service may use Cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about User activity, preferences, and device characteristics.
8.2 User may configure browser settings to refuse Cookies, but this may impair the functionality of the Service.

9.2 chiefcontent.ai will implement appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms approved by applicable law, to protect Personal Data transferred internationally.
9.3 User consents to the international transfer of Personal Data as described herein.
10.1 chiefcontent.ai implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments, to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
10.2 No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure; chiefcontent.ai does not warrant absolute security.
10.3 User is responsible for maintaining the security of User's own devices and credentials.
10.4 In the event of a data breach, chiefcontent.ai will notify affected Users and relevant authorities as required by law.
11.1 The Service may contain links to Third-Party websites, applications, or services not operated or controlled by chiefcontent.ai.
11.2 chiefcontent.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such Third-Party services.
11.3 User is encouraged to review the privacy policies of all Third-Party services before providing any Personal Data.
12.1 The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or such other age as may be specified by applicable law). chiefcontent.ai does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under such age.
12.2 If chiefcontent.ai becomes aware that a child has provided Personal Data in violation of this section, chiefcontent.ai will take steps to delete such information as soon as practicable.
12.3 Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided Personal Data may contact chiefcontent.ai at support@chiefcontent.ai.
13.1 Data Subjects may have certain rights under applicable law, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of Personal Data, and the right to data portability.

14.3 Deleted data may persist in backup copies for a limited period.

19.1 "Anonymization" means the process of removing personally identifiable information from data sets.
19.2 "Encryption" means the process of converting information into a code to prevent unauthorized access.
19.3 "Legitimate Interest" means a lawful basis for processing Personal Data under applicable law.
19.4 "Supervisory Authority" means a regulatory body responsible for monitoring compliance with data protection laws.
20.1 In the event of a data breach involving Personal Data, chiefcontent.ai will notify affected Users and relevant Supervisory Authorities as required by applicable law.
20.2 Notification may include the nature of the breach, categories and approximate number of Data Subjects affected, likely consequences, and measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
20.3 User acknowledges that notification timelines may vary depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the breach.
20.4 chiefcontent.ai is not liable for delays in notification caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
21.1 chiefcontent.ai may appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing data protection strategy and implementation.
21.2 The DPO may be contacted at dpo@chiefcontent.ai for matters relating to data protection and privacy.
21.3 The DPO's responsibilities may include monitoring compliance, providing advice, and acting as a contact point for Supervisory Authorities.
22.1 chiefcontent.ai may use automated decision-making processes, including profiling, for purposes such as fraud detection, service optimization, or personalized content delivery.
22.2 User may have the right to object to decisions based solely on automated processing, subject to exceptions provided by law.

24.1 User may request a copy of Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
24.2 chiefcontent.ai will provide such data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification of identity and applicable fees.
24.3 Requests may be refused if they adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
25.1 Certain jurisdictions may require that Personal Data be stored or processed within specific geographic boundaries.

26.1 chiefcontent.ai may engage Subprocessors to process Personal Data on its behalf.
26.2 A list of current Subprocessors may be provided upon request.

27.1 chiefcontent.ai may conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for processing activities likely to result in high risk to Data Subjects.
27.2 User may request information about DPIAs relevant to their Personal Data.
28.1 chiefcontent.ai endeavors to collect only the minimum amount of Personal Data necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
28.2 User is encouraged to provide only data that is strictly required for the use of the Service.
29.1 User is responsible for ensuring that Personal Data provided to chiefcontent.ai is accurate and up to date.
29.2 chiefcontent.ai may periodically request confirmation or updates to User information.
30.1 User may withdraw consent to processing of Personal Data at any time by contacting chiefcontent.ai.
30.2 Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
30.3 Certain features or services may be unavailable following withdrawal of consent.
31.1 User may lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if User believes that chiefcontent.ai's processing of Personal Data violates applicable law.
31.2 chiefcontent.ai encourages Users to contact support@chiefcontent.ai to resolve any concerns prior to lodging a complaint.
31.3 Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or other mechanisms as described in the Service Conditions.
32.1 chiefcontent.ai may adopt Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) to facilitate cross-border transfers of Personal Data within its corporate group.
32.2 BCRs, if adopted, will be made available to Users upon request.
33.1 Personal Data may be transferred across borders in accordance with applicable law and chiefcontent.ai's internal policies.
33.2 User consents to such transfers as described in this Policy.
34.1 User may submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to obtain information about the processing of their Personal Data.
34.2 chiefcontent.ai will respond to DSARs within the timeframe required by law.
34.3 chiefcontent.ai may require verification of identity and reserves the right to refuse manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
35.1 Contact details for relevant Supervisory Authorities may be provided upon request or as required by law.
36.1 chiefcontent.ai may maintain a log of historical amendments to this Policy, which may be made available to Users upon request at chiefcontent.ai's sole discretion.
36.2 The existence or absence of such a log does not affect the enforceability of the current version of this Policy.
37.1 Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Policy.
37.2 Any ambiguities in the interpretation of this Policy shall not be construed against the drafting party.
38.1 If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
38.2 The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the parties' original intent.
39.1 The failure of chiefcontent.ai to enforce any right or provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
39.2 Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of chiefcontent.ai.
40.1 This Policy, together with any additional terms, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between User and chiefcontent.ai with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
40.2 No amendment or modification of this Policy shall be binding unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of chiefcontent.ai.
41.1 chiefcontent.ai reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
41.2 User agrees to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.
41.3 User acknowledges that chiefcontent.ai may, at its sole discretion, update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
41.4 User agrees that any translation of this Policy is provided for convenience only, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
