    11. Third-Party Services and Links

    11.1 The Service may contain links to Third-Party websites, applications, or services not operated or controlled by chiefcontent.ai.
    11.2 chiefcontent.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such Third-Party services.
    11.3 User is encouraged to review the privacy policies of all Third-Party services before providing any Personal Data.

    12. Children's Privacy

    12.1 The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or such other age as may be specified by applicable law). chiefcontent.ai does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under such age.

    20.3 User acknowledges that notification timelines may vary depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the breach.
    20.4 chiefcontent.ai is not liable for delays in notification caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

    21. Data Protection Officer

    21.1 chiefcontent.ai may appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing data protection strategy and implementation.

    21.3 The DPO's responsibilities may include monitoring compliance, providing advice, and acting as a contact point for Supervisory Authorities.

    27.2 User may request information about DPIAs relevant to their Personal Data.

    28.1 chiefcontent.ai endeavors to collect only the minimum amount of Personal Data necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
    28.2 User is encouraged to provide only data that is strictly required for the use of the Service.

    29. Data Accuracy

    29.1 User is responsible for ensuring that Personal Data provided to chiefcontent.ai is accurate and up to date.
    29.2 chiefcontent.ai may periodically request confirmation or updates to User information.

    30. Consent Withdrawal

    30.1 User may withdraw consent to processing of Personal Data at any time by contacting chiefcontent.ai.
    30.2 Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
    30.3 Certain features or services may be unavailable following withdrawal of consent.

    31. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

    31.1 User may lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if User believes that chiefcontent.ai's processing of Personal Data violates applicable law.
    31.2 chiefcontent.ai encourages Users to contact support@chiefcontent.ai to resolve any concerns prior to lodging a complaint.
    31.3 Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or other mechanisms as described in the Service Conditions.

    32. Binding Corporate Rules

    32.1 chiefcontent.ai may adopt Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) to facilitate cross-border transfers of Personal Data within its corporate group.
    32.2 BCRs, if adopted, will be made available to Users upon request.

    33. Cross-Border Transfers

    33.1 Personal Data may be transferred across borders in accordance with applicable law and chiefcontent.ai's internal policies.
    33.2 User consents to such transfers as described in this Policy.

    34. Data Subject Access Requests

    34.1 User may submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to obtain information about the processing of their Personal Data.
    34.2 chiefcontent.ai will respond to DSARs within the timeframe required by law.
    34.3 chiefcontent.ai may require verification of identity and reserves the right to refuse manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

    35. Supervisory Authority Contact

    35.1 Contact details for relevant Supervisory Authorities may be provided upon request or as required by law.

    36. Historical Amendments Log

    36.1 chiefcontent.ai may maintain a log of historical amendments to this Policy, which may be made available to Users upon request at chiefcontent.ai's sole discretion.
    36.2 The existence or absence of such a log does not affect the enforceability of the current version of this Policy.

    37. Interpretation

    37.1 Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Policy.
    37.2 Any ambiguities in the interpretation of this Policy shall not be construed against the drafting party.

    38. Severability

    38.1 If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    38.2 The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the parties' original intent.

    39. Waiver

    39.1 The failure of chiefcontent.ai to enforce any right or provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
    39.2 Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of chiefcontent.ai.

    40. Entire Agreement

    40.1 This Policy, together with any additional terms, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between User and chiefcontent.ai with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
    40.2 No amendment or modification of this Policy shall be binding unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of chiefcontent.ai.

    41. Miscellaneous

    41.1 chiefcontent.ai reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
    41.2 User agrees to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.
    41.3 User acknowledges that chiefcontent.ai may, at its sole discretion, update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
    41.4 User agrees that any translation of this Policy is provided for convenience only, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
